ATU St Angelas is offering a Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Arts in Special Educational Needs - Autism Teacher Professional Learning Programme in collaboration with the National Council for Special Education (NCSE) for teachers of Autistic students. In accordance with programmes being offered by ATU St Angelas, this programme is accredited by Atlantic Technological University (ATU) and will lead to an award of a Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Arts in Special Educational Needs - Autism.

The purpose of this circular is to advise managerial authorities of the agreement that has been reached between the parties to the Teachers’ Conciliation Council in relation to the standardisation of the breaks at Christmas, Easter and mid-term in the first and second terms for the school years 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29. The circular also provides guidance for school authorities on the need to provide for contingency arrangements to deal with prolonged unforeseen school closures.
