Standardised School Year
Circular 0009/2017 sets out dates for the standardised school year.
Contingency arrangements require that where a school has been affected by extensive or prolonged school closures, it may, as a last resort and having exhausted a list of alternative options, reduce the February mid-term break or the Easter break by up to three days each to make up for lost tuition time.
