Application of 2.25% to teachers’ salary scales
The Department of Education has issued Circular 0033/2024 outlining the application of a 2.25% pay increase (or a pay increase of €1,125, whichever is greater) to teachers’ salary scales under the Public Service Agreement 2024-2026.
These salary increases are effective from 1st January 2024 and will issue to second-level teachers on the pay date of May 16th 2024, along with the related retrospective payments.
